Rental Agreement and Rules

CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11 AM
Times can be adjusted on a case-by-case basis.
Maximum Occupancy is 8 people
Minimum Stay is 3 nights
This home is a non-smoking home. There are no exceptions.
No pets are allowed at any time on the premises.
Damage Deposit: A deposit of $1000 USD is required, and is totally refundable within 14 days of departure provided the following provisions are met.
- No damage is done to the house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear does not include damage to the walls or furniture. If you move the furniture, please put it back where it was before you leave.
- No linens are lost, damaged, or stained.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- No damage has been done to the pool or outside furniture.
Payment: 50% due to reserve your dates and remaining 50% due within 30 days prior to reservation date.
Cancellation / Refunds: 50% required down to hold the reservation. 100% refundable deposit if canceled within 60 days of reservation date. 50% refundable if canceled within 30 and 60 days of reservation date. Full payment becomes non refundable if canceled prior to 30 days of your reservation.
Staff: There is housekeeping every day except Sundays. The groundskeeper (pool & gardener) will work all days except Sunday.
Meal Preparation: Meals are not included. There will be additional fees for meals prepared by our staff if you choose to have that service. This can be set up through our property manager Tina. She is very helpful and speaks perfect English.
Parking: There is parking outside of the home in front of the garage but there is no access to the garage.
Pluming: Please do not flush anything down the toilet besides toilet paper. example: feminine products must be put in the garbage.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance.
The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premises.
By booking a reservation, I agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
