The courtyard boasts a beautiful sitting area, while the deck provides ample space to enjoy ocean views. You’ll love the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The home features sliding glass doors throughout for uninterrupted views and cool ocean breezes. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable night’s sleep. Crafted with extensive exotic wood and masonry, this house is a masterpiece of craftsmanship that will impress even the most discerning builders.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the casita, courtyard, and pool. Just steps from the back door, enjoy direct beach access.
Other things to note
- Daily Cleaning and Maintenance: Zuli provides daily cleaning service, while Eloy maintains the pool and landscaping. Zuli is available for laundry services upon request, with an additional tip appreciated for this service. Eloy and Zuli work Monday to Saturday and have Sundays and major holidays off.
- Additional Sleeping Arrangements: There are 2 roll-away beds available, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably.
- Private Chef Services: Private meals can be arranged for an extra charge. Ask Eloy or Zuli about private cooked meals
